About Us
QualiTest NDT provides specialised Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services in the Aviation, Medical and General Engineering sectors. Our inspectors have extensive experience in aviation NDT and consultancy, working with various companies and different sized aircraft.
Based in Collombey-le-Grand (VS) Switzerland, we offer a European & Worldwide service using the expertise of our technicians, and we guarantee quality of service and reliability.

What We Can Offer
Our array of activities is worldwide. Inspection work undertaken varies from large commercial aircraft to small series of components. No job is too demanding or too small, each inspection carried out goes through the same meticulous care and attention.
Aerospace NDT Inspection / EASA Part-145
Due to our strategic alliance with AOG Inspection Ltd in the UK we are able to offer a wide and comprehensive expert service to our clients .
Visual Inspection (VT)
Visual inspection, with or without optical aids, is the original method of NDT. Many defects are surface-breaking and can be detected by careful direct visual inspection.
Ultrasonic Inspection (UT)
Ultrasonic methods of NDT use beams of mechanical waves (vibrations) of short wavelength and high-frequency, transmitted from a small probe and detected by the same or other probes.
Magnetic Particle Inspection (MT)
This method is used for the detection of surface and near-surface flaws in ferromagnetic materials and is primarily used for crack detection of any shape or heat treated condition.
Eddy Current Inspection (ET)
In eddy current testing, a coil carrying an AC current is placed close to the specimen surface, or around the specimen.
Liquid Penetrant Inspection (PT)
Penetrant Inspection is one step up from visual inspection using visible red penetrants for small welded components to large vessels or sensitive fluorescent penetrants for high specification inspection such as the aerospace industry.
Radiographic Inspection (RT)
Radiography uses X-rays or gamma-rays to produce an image of an object on film. The image is usually natural-size.

Paint Inspection
Paint Inspection is the assessment of the application of protective paint coatings on steel or other surfaces. A correct protective coat is crucial in determining the service life of a component. Incorrect application can lead to corrosion of steel and premature failure of items.
Rope Access Inspection
Rope Access NDT is a technique fast growing in the UK. and we are offering it as a unique new concept to NDT in Switzerland. It is used as a compliment to most other NDT techniques. Being fully qualified in accordance with I.R.A.T.A (INDUSTRIAL ROPE ACCESS TRADE-ASSOC.) specifications required by SUVA.
